KINGDOM PRAYERS FOR THE WEEK OF May 08, 2022

Let this be a guide as your pray throughout the week – do not simply read through this and agree, but intentionally reflect on how these things can/will reveal Christ’s Kingdom more and more, here on earth.

SCRIPTURE: Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.
Ephesians 1:3-6

PRAYER: That transparent, meaningful relationships would become normal and remaining anonymous strange.

VALUE: Wash windows
The heart of this value is humility and ownership. No one at FMC is too good to wash windows – or even someone else’s feet for that matter. Each FMC leader must own every piece of FMC (right down to the windows). This kind of ownership leads to excellence. If you see something and think, “Someone should do something about that,” then that someone is you! Always try to see through the eyes of a guest and never think, “That’s not my problem.” We must constantly be striving to improve the things we see around us. All of us must be willing to engage in the menial tasks down to washing our windows. KEY WORDS: OWNERSHIP, EXCELLENCE

FMC places special emphasis on identifying leaders who can inspire others to reach their potential & glorify God

SCRIPTURE: 1 Thes 5: 12-13, We ask you, brothers, to respect those who labor among you and are over you in the Lord and admonish you, and to esteem them very highly in love because of their work.
