These are the three pillars where God’s gifting plays an outsized role. They are each critical to the vitality of the church, enabling it to a life of Glorifying God Alone. While only a few are gifted with these talents, all must have a working understanding of their place in the church.

- Discuss overseer qualifications from FMC governing document covering 1 Tim. 3:1-7.
- Discuss elder & deacon qualifications from FMC governing document covering Titus 1: 5-9 and 1 Tim. 3: 8-13.
- Discuss leadership principles: vision, communication, Be-Know-Do, inspire, empathy, accountability, humility.
- Conduct a self-assessment on your personal leadership strengths and weaknesses.

Understand what the Bible teaches about how the church must manage well.
- Meet twice during the 3rd month: 1st week to review leading & introduce manage, in the final week to review all.
- Study Scripture: 1 Cor 12:27-31, 2 Cor 9:12, Tit 3:12-14, 1 Cor 14:40, Dan 2:48, Acts 6:1-7
- Discuss the role of vision, planning, execution, inspiration, and assessment in the management process.
- Review the FMC annual budget and discuss how resourcing links to vision.
- Conduct an after-action assessment of a recent FMC worship service from drive on to drive off.
- White board all that goes in to administering a Christmas Eve service – assess your administration talent.

- Assess your teaching, leading, & managing talent. Identify areas where you can grow in these personally.
