KINGDOM PRAYERS FOR THE
WEEK OF JUNE 30, 2025
FMC PRAYER: Lord, we lift up our community, especially the surrounding neighborhoods. Show us how to love these people as we love ourselves. May our concern for their needs override other things that take our time and focus. May Your Spirit rebuild and restore areas within families that have been broken or devastated by sin. Renew our communities by sending Your peace and prosperity into the places where You have planted us. Please bless each individual home as You rebuild each family from the inside out.
SUNDAY’S SCRIPTURE: Matthew 28 ~ Ministry vs. Missions
FMC ENDSTATE: Throughout the Tri-State Region & Beyond…the faithfulness of God is trusted…Faithful Father, You are the God who keeps every promise, whose love reaches from our neighborhoods to the nations. We praise You for Your steadfastness that never wavers — You are the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Just as Jesus commissioned His disciples in Matthew 28, we take Your command to heart: “Go and make disciples of all nations.” We trust You to move powerfully in our 30-mile radius — in every home, school, workplace, and heart. Let Your Gospel take root and grow in the places we pass by daily. Let revival spark in our communities through Your Spirit and our obedience.
And Lord, may Your faithfulness stretch beyond our borders — to the Dominican Republic and beyond. Strengthen those You’ve called there. Provide for the mission. Protect those who serve. Let Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven, in every tongue, tribe, and nation. Make us faithful ambassadors, near and far — trusting that where You send, You go before. Thank You for being a God who never fails.
MISSIONS: Lord, guide our leadership in faithfully shepherding Your flock. Thank You for the blessing of pastors, teachers, and elders. Please pour out Your blessings on the spouses and families of these leaders as they support the ministry’s call to expand Your kingdom. Strengthen their faith and joy in the gospel as they faithfully guide the church and prepare believers for service. Grant them wisdom and clarity in every area of life so they can exemplify Your character with patience to the church and the world. Help us honor them as appointed shepherds who sacrificially serve Your Kingdom.
INVISIBLE CHURCH: Holy Spirit, stir a movement of humility, reconciliation, and grace among Your people. Help us to see one another through the lens of the cross, to speak truth in love, and to follow where You lead. Unite pastors, leaders, and congregations under the lordship of Christ alone. May our love for one another be the loudest testimony to a watching world. Let unity not be just an idea, but a lived-out reality—rooted in Your Word, fueled by Your Spirit, and marked by selfless love.
STUDENTS: Father – make us bold this week! We don’t want to live dead and un-meaningful lives, instead, we want to be ALIVE in Christ. What amazing opportunities You give us each day – to reach the Tri-state region and beyond for Your Kingdom’s sake. Open our eyes to see those opportunities clearly and may our hands and feet be readily equipped to do what You have called us to do! We know what love is and are able to love others because You first loved us and put that love on display, in the beautiful form of a baby.
CARE: Lord, grant me the gift of empathy this week and reveal to me wisdom and understanding for those going through struggles. Show me how to be a comforting presence in their lives and offer a listening ear and a compassionate heart. As I strive to empathize with those in need, I pray that You would fill me with the ability to truly comprehend their pain and challenges. Thank You for the opportunity to care for others as You have cared for me.
