KINGDOM PRAYERS FOR THE
WEEK OF MAY 12, 2025

FMC PRAYER: Everything belongs to You, Lord. May we sow generously into Your church without reluctance, guilt, or compulsion. May grace abound so that we have all that we need for every good work in which You have assigned us. Make us rich in ways that result in generosity so that Your name alone be praised. Everything that we have is from You…may we treat it as such.

SUNDAY’S SCRIPTURE: John 4:1-45; The Woman at the Well

FMC ENDSTATE: Throughout the Tri-State Region & Beyond…and prodigals come home! Lord – it’s incredibly hard to pray for anything but a comfortable, successful, and pain-free life for our children, friends, and family. But the greatest eternal good that we can pray for them is their salvation over their earthly happiness or comfort…which is why today – we pray for brokenness. Brokenness that leads to repentance and healing. Brokenness that leads Your children back to YOU – no matter the cost. Help them fight against temporary pleasures, self-gratification, and blurry lines — entrusting their lives completely to You, Lord — even if the path of salvation comes through pain.

INVISIBLE CHURCH: Jesus, just like the woman at the well, You met me in my brokenness and offered me living water. You saw my heart and still welcomed me into Your grace. Now, let my life be a reflection of Your love – that through my story, my words, and my daily choices, others would be drawn closer to You. Use me as a vessel of hope, pointing people to the Savior who truly satisfies.

MISSIONS: Lord, help us to see each neighbor—whether we know them well or have never met them—as a reflection of Your image. Teach us to love them as You have loved us, unconditionally and without reservation. Grant us the courage to show kindness in the simplest acts, and the wisdom to understand their struggles, joys, and needs.

STUDENTS: Jesus, please help our students rest in You, knowing that You have overcome this world. When the cares of their hearts are many, may Your consolation cheer their souls, and fill them with power, love, and self-control – which we all desperately need. When they pass through deep waters and endure fiery trials, we pray they will feel Your presence with them as steady and sure as the breath in their lungs.

CARE: Father, as I walk through the ups and downs of each day, stir my heart to look beyond myself. Open my eyes to the hidden hurt around me—the silent struggles of friends, neighbors, even strangers I pass by. Give me a heart that listens with compassion, hands ready to serve, and words that bring peace and hope. Fill me with Your love so I can be a steady light in a world that often feels heavy. Strengthen me to be a voice of encouragement, a vessel of grace, and a reflection of Your goodness wherever I go.
