Children’s Programming

The Bible teaches parents to impress upon their children, in every situation, the reality of God, His character, and His ways; not merely with words, but with their lives (Deut. 6:4-9).   At Four Mile, we are committed to partnering with parents in this holy endeavor.   From newborns to graduating High School Seniors, each ministry team strives to give children the needed tools, information, and experiences to grow strong in their faith – both in word and deed.   Our goal is to be sensitive to the leading of the Holy Spirit as we collaborate with parents to see every child develop a vibrant, growing, life-long relationship with Christ.

 

KIDZ Care and Nursery (Newborn - 3 Years Old)

9:15-12pm, Sundays on the Main Level, Blue Room.

Each Sunday, the KIDZ Care team shares God’s love with the infants and toddlers of Four Mile.  Children are checked in and out of the nursery using a safety tag paging system that insures the babies’ security, thus granting peace of mind to parents.  Toddlers hear a Bible story, sing songs, make crafts, and play with their friends.

 

Kindergarten - 4th Grade

4Kidz

4Kidz is a vital part of children's ministry because it kicks off the ‘virtue of the month’ for families and is held the 1st Sunday of every month (during the school year) from 10:15-10:50 in the dining hall.  4Kidz is designed to be a tool for families to be introduced to a monthly Biblical virtue so they can focus on it together at home each day for the month.  To assist with this, God Time Cards (family devotionals) are distributed during Kidz Church to be brought home and used as a family.  We encourage parents to make 4Kidz a priority as it helps families to grow together.  4Kidz is a fun family worship service and is a great opportunity to bring your friends!

Kidz Church

Kidz Church is for ages 4 through 4th grade and is held on Sundays at 9:15am & 11:00am on the Lower Level in KidzTown.  Both hours will follow up on the Biblical virtue presented at 4Kidz.  We open with a kid-friendly worship service (CELEBRATE) and great age-appropriate worship music.  The children then break off into grade specific classrooms where they explore the virtue and Biblical story in a small group setting (CONNECT).  We are blessed with a team of teachers and presenters who love God and love your kids!
