Super Week

July 11-15, 2011

6:00-8:00pm

Replacing the traditional Vacation Bible School, Super Week is designed for all ages and life stages.  Super Week is a carefully planned, Christ-centered family fun event that is eagerly anticipated at Four Mile each year.  For 5 nights, families come together to share a meal that is prepared for all who attend.  After the meal, we form 'team' groups and spend some time working together on a project and studying God’s word.  The evening ends when we come together again for worship. 

The theme of the week is based upon one of the three C’s of our strategy; Celebrate, Connect, or Contribute.  This year's focus: GO / Acts 1:8 "But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

Fee: $10 for an individual all week
        $25 for a family all week

Married Life Live

Friday, April 8th at 6:30pm

Every marriage starts with great expectations for a life-long journey filled with relational joy, fulfillment, and partnership. And indeed, that is God’s intention for marriage as well. However, the key to actually realizing that dream is an ongoing investment made by the husband and wife to continue growing together throughout the course of the marriage.

Married Life Live is an event held on Friday nights about every three months designed to help married couples continue growing together. Each Married Life Live event is a mix of great music, fun games, videos, prizes and laughter, all set in a relaxing coffeehouse atmosphere complete with incredible snacks, desserts, fresh coffees and tea.

Not only will you meet/make new friends – but each event is specifically centered around practical teaching which focuses on one of 6 major values that are essential for building a strong, thriving, and life-long marriage:  Hurry Home, Nurture Romance, Cultivate Communication, Trust God, Celebrate Differences and Finish Together.

Whether you are just starting out on the journey of married life, or a decades old veteran couple – there is always room to grow, a richness yet to be explored or a purpose yet to be discovered.  We believe Married Life Live can help.
