Adult Classes for Strength and Endurance

The term ‘cross training,’ means training in different ways to improve overall performance. This is exactly why our cross training curriculum here at Four Mile is designed to provide optimal training for all followers of Christ.
Cross training is a short, focused series of adult classes that occurs four times per year. Occurring one evening per week for only three to four weeks, cross training gives believers that extra boost of strength and endurance needed to stay conditioned as a soldier for Christ. For each series, we utilize specialized coaches with varying areas of expertise to offer a choice of enjoyable and valuable classes. Each class has a cross training theme that is carefully designed to strengthen your head, heart, or hands for faithful living and service.
Cross Training ThemesStrong Head – Classes focusing on Bible study and theology laying the foundation for a strong faith.
Strong Heart – Classes focusing on relational issues that impact our everyday lives.
Strong Hands – Classes focusing on putting faith and service into action.

The next cross training series will be Wednesdays: September 7th - October 12th from 7:00-7:45pm.
MORE: Jesus helps us to see that there is so much more than meets the eye; that our lives have greater potential impact than we ever thought imaginable. We just need to focus our sights on him and his mission.
